Met a sales representative named Jerome, the guys the best. My son and his fiancé were looking to purchase a complete set of appliances for a new home. After explaining to Jerome what they thought they wanted, he gave all of us an education in the different manufacturers, levels and pricing. The man is incredibly knowledgeable but also looked out for a young couple, to help them make the best educated decision possible. After narrowing down their selections Jerome took the time to research the best deals possible based on manufacturer incentives and PC deals. He really took care of them. We left very pleased and confident we were treated more than fair. The man has the patience of a saint and looks out for his customers. I don’t think we will ever go anywhere else for appliance purchase or any electronics for that matter.

I have been working with Jerome for many years now. I live in Manhattan and continue to purchase all my appliances sight unseen as I trust Jerome’s judgment, he’s never steered me wrong. It’s the most stress free process, I share what I need, he sends options, we choose the best solution and transaction complete. I could easily go a local appliance store to shop around but I prefer to work with Jerome. He’s very knowledgeable and actually cares that his client is happy with the purchase, never tries to upsell. I highly recommend meeting with Jerome when you’re in the market for new appliances.

We have purchased quite a few appliances as well as our TV from the West Babylon P.C. Richard. We keep returning, knowing we will always be sold a quality item from a trustworthy establishment. This past visit was to purchase a dishwasher to replace one in the end stages of life. Our salesman Richard was friendly and knowledgeable, and gave us ample time to discuss and weigh our options with no pressuring. He answered all our questions truthfully and helped us choose the right machine at the right price point for us. The entire process was very pleasant. Installation happened within days, smoothly, and our new dishwasher is a superb upgrade. Happy return customers!
